As Truck Driver you will deliver and pick up dumpster bins on our customer sites following safety and operational guidelines; maintain courteous customer relations, safe and clean work environment; and have a commitment to completing the job coming on time.
Disposal Queen is a fast-growing company located in Mitchell Island (Richmond) serving the Metro Vancouver area. Our core business includes commercial and residential waste disposal, sending construction, and recyclable waste to the proper place, and following the best practices and regulations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver and pick up garbage bins in a timely and customer-focused manner
- Work with customers on-site to achieve the best possible service
- Work closely with the dispatch to ensure the quickest and safest route to jobs
- Maintain the vehicle in a clean, organized and safe fashion
- Observe all the safety precautions and rules and regulations
We are looking for:
- Class 5 license
- Experience safely driving trucks
- Knowledge of lower mainland roads and streets (local experience)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills while working with customers
- Be in good physical condition, sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be available to work five days a week (Monday – Friday) and eventually on weekends
- Positive and proactive attitude
